WHAT IS TELETHERAPY?
Teletherapy is a way of providing therapy through a videoconferencing application using the internet. You can participate in teletherapy with a Smartphone, computer, laptop, iPad or Notebook. If you don’t have the technology, you are welcome to come to the office and use the computers set up in the AB Conference Room to participate in teletherapy groups. The online sessions are treated the same as if you were here in person.
Individual sessions are being held thru teletherapy. You can make an appointment to see a therapist without visiting our office in person! To set up an appointment please call 303-237-3599.
Group classes are available through teletherapy. If you don’t have the technology, you are welcome to use the computers set up in the AB Conference Room to participate in teletherapy groups. At this time, due to social distancing requirements in-person groups are limited. Call 303-237-3599 for more information. For group classes and therapy, you must complete an intake with us before being invited into the group. All intakes require an initial in-person visit to complete paperwork with hard signatures, then you may attend the sessions via teletherapy.
All the requirements for attendance, homework, financial obligations, participation, and sobriety of traditional in-person individual sessions and groups remain the same for teletherapy groups.
